How to resolve Auto Update Issue in modern event calendar?
Auto Update Issue in modern event calendar can happen as result of a number of factors. If MEC is not activated for you, please have a look at the following checklist. This article will help you to troubleshoot your problems promptly.
1- Make sure whether your license matches the correct radio button at top. For example, if you have purchased “1 license” then simply choose “1 license” from the top radio buttons and then add your license in the corresponding field.
2- Make sure that the characters of the purchase code are as same as those in the code. To assure having the correct license code in the field, simply copy/paste the license there.
3- Your license can be unverified, because you have already activated your license on another domain, localhost, sub-domain or even a WordPress website. To resolve this error, simply go to Webnus panel and then from “manage websites” from purchase details tab.
