WordPress hangs when accessing /wp-admin/admin.php?page=MEC-addons

I can't seem to access /wp-admin/admin.php?page=MEC-addons to manage the included addons in MEC Pro. I turned a bunch off options on to test them out. Now I want to disable some (e.g. bookings), but I can access the options to do this.
I even tried disabling every plugin except MEC but it still times out. I've also increased the max execution time for PHP as well as the memory for PHP scripts and WordPress.
The WordPress is a multisite installation and sits behind a reverse proxy. It is a DEV site, so worst case scenario is that we take a nw snapshot of our production environment and start again.
